Jessica Thompson

Jessica Thompson is the Co-Owner and Chief Marketing Officer at The Electric Way. As part of her role, she helps the company spread the word about their honest and high quality electrical services. She also works behind the scenes to ensure The Electric Way and all team members are operating at the highest level and upholding the company's values.

Jessica is also a Business Coach and Consultant through Complete Leadership Academy (CLA). She works directly with small business owners to help them organize their big ideas and bring their vision to life. Jessica owns and operates The Electric Way and CLA with other family members, so she naturally spends most of her time with family, whether it be for business or just hanging out weekends. When she's not with the big family crew of 12 (plus 11 dogs), she enjoys movie nights at home with her husband, Dustin, and 6 year old son, Jaxon.
