Marnie Williamson
Marnie is a licensed mobile Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer for aging adults based in the Monument/Colorado Springs area. Originally from South Dakota, she spent some time in San Diego while her husband was active duty Navy before they moved to Colorado in 2006.
With a rich background in both massage therapy and physical therapy, she brings a unique blend of skills to her practice. She is passionate about helping clients find relief from tightness, pain, and dysfunction with techniques like deep tissue, scar tissue mobilization, cupping, Trigger Point therapy, and myofascial release. She also loves sharing at-home self-care tips, stretches, and exercises to complement the work on the massage table.
Her journey in home health physical therapy sparked a special passion for working with seniors. She’s seen firsthand the challenges they face and how few resources are available to support them in continuing their progress and living their best lives. It is incredibly rewarding to help seniors improve their strength and maintain an active lifestyle well into their later years. They truly deserve the best care, and she is dedicated to providing the tools they need to reach their goals.
When she is not working, she is a devoted wife and mother to three amazing kids. She is a Christ follower and actively participates in her church and small group. Her hobbies include camping, reading, paddle boarding, exercising, taking walks in her beautiful Black Forest neighborhood, and attending church. She is committed to staying healthy and active, and is excited to continue helping others do the same.
